LICORES
Licor 43 2.50
The secret formula for this well-known liquor supposedly consists of 43 secret ingredients. Definitely on the sweet side, it tastes primarily of vanilla.
Pacharan LAS ENDRINAS 4.00
This pinky purple liquor is a speciality of Navarra. Made by macerating sloes in anis, this is one of Spain's most popular pacharans.
Triple sec 3.30
A delicious orange flavoured brandy liquor akin to Grand Marnier.
Anis del mono dulce 2.20
Spain's most famous anisette. Sweet but substantial.
Ponche Osborne 2.80
A speciality of Jerez, this is a blend of brandy herbs and orange. Very individual.
Veterano 3.50
This dark, somewhat sweetened and attractively caramelised brandy currently ranks number three in order of sales in Spain.
Magno 2.80
One of Spain's best selling brandies, with four to five years in solera, this is dark, smooth, aromatic with more than a touch of sweetness.
GRAN DUQUE D ALBA 6.00
Mahogany colour with gold highlights. Complex bouquet of oak, prune and sherry. Velvety texture with flavours of caramel, chocolate and orange, with a long finish.
CARLOS 1 6.00
Another of Spain's quality brandies: Tea colour with golden edges. Scents of roasted almonds and butterscotch. Vanilla and nutmeg on the palate. Assertive, rich aftertaste.
ARMAGNAC SAINT VIVANT 6.00
Armagnac claims a longer history than Cognac, probably produced by the Moors in the 12th century. It is slightly more rustic in style than Cognac, softer and rounder, with a fuller flavour on both nose and palate.
